From ages 5-11 years, we welcome all abilities and provide a fun and safe space for children to learn a new skill and make new friends. All sessions are led by following an exciting session plan to keep the children engaged.

NGB Boxing Gym offer sessions solely for ladies to come and learn the technique of boxing, hiit sessions and gain fitness. These sessions are ran by female coaches and are a great way to get ladies into the sport of boxing.

This is our HIIT focused class, with the basics of boxing, to the best bounce music & disco lights we can find! These classes are available as a mixed session over 45mins or ladies only for 60mins. Our ladies only session also includes some technical and fundamental aspects.
